Bug fixes and more tuning

Browse source 
- Add new lines so multi line layer defines will work
- Changed TR_MINS to KC_MINS on number layer for F12 override
- Added more overrides for print screen and file explorer
- Added grave and semicolon back to number layer
- Moved media keys to config layer
